            The City of Billings is requesting proposals for a Paratransit Demand Response Scheduling and Dispatching Software System, for the Aviation and Transit Department MET Transit Division in Billings, Montana.  Proposals shall be received addressed to City of Billings, MET Transit, 1705 Monad Rd, Billings, MT 59101, or emailed to no later than 5:00PM (MST) on Friday, February 21, 2020.

Proposers may withdraw their proposal either personally or by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contracts are contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. Any bidder protests of award recommendations and/or bid specifications must be filed with the City of Billings Purchasing Agent within seven (7) days of proposal due date.
