The Planning and Community Services Department continues to provide all services for our customers during this COVID-19 outbreak and we are available via phone, email and online from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We also continue to maintain our pick-up and drop-off location for permits, applications and other materials on the 1st Floor of the Miller Building where our offices are located.
Phase II of the State’s Reopening Montana Directive takes effect on Monday, June 1. This Phase enables us to reopen most of our offices to the public if we follow certain protocols and directives per the State, Yellowstone County Health Officer and City Administration. We are working now to prepare to reopen for you as safely and efficiently as possible.
We plan to reopen our Building, Planning and Code Enforcement offices to the public on the 4th Floor of the Miller Building on Wednesday, June 10. We will be taking procedural and physical measures to protect our customers and employees as we reopen.
More information on our reopening plans and services will be provided the week of June 1 in anticipation of our office reopening, so please check our Facebook Page, PCSD website and look for emails via our email notification blast to stay informed.
Meanwhile, let us keep serving you as we have been throughout this COVID-19 outbreak via phone, email and online.
Thank you.
