The Planning and Community Services Department is making the following adjustments in our operations at this time to minimize health risks to employees and the public. We will continue to keep the community informed as we make additional adjustments in the coming weeks.

• The Planning, Building and Code Enforcement Divisions are remaining open to serve our customers at this time.
• We will be closing our Community Development Division to the public on Monday, March 23. Staff will be available by phone and email and we will have self-serve materials outside the office for customers to access, as well as a locking mailbox for customers to drop off application materials for CD programs.
• Public meetings of our Boards and Commissions that have pending applications – Planning Board, Zoning Commissions, Boards of Adjustment, etc. – are being delayed from April to May. Notices to this effect are being sent to applicants, surrounding property owners and the public through our notification processes. We also have reached out to directly to all applicants. We intend to have technology in place by May to run meetings remotely that will meet the intent of the public meeting requirements.
• Any standing meetings of other advisory boards and committees that do not have action pending are also being cancelled for April and we will assess the need to meet in May and beyond.
