Additionally, from roughly 10:45 am to 12:45 pm on April 7, 2022, Councilmembers and City Staff will have the opportunity to mingle with Jeff Speck over heavy hors d’oeuvres for informal conversation, along with select other community stakeholders. In the event a quorum of Councilmembers are present, no City related business decisions will be made.
