The Stillwater Building, located at 316 N. 16th St. in downtown Billings, is the future home of city hall offices. Departments located in the Stillwater Building will include Parks, Finance, Municipal Court, City Attorney, Code Enforcement, Parking, Police Department, Community Development, Public Works (engineers, technicians, and inspectors), Planning, City Council Chambers, the mayor's office, 
Human Resources, Administration, City Clerk and I.T.
