The City of Billings plans to widen King Avenue West from approximately South 31st Street West to approximately Shiloh Road from a two-lane section to a five-lane section. The surface improvements will consist of a new five-lane road with curb / gutter and boulevard sidewalk on both the north and south sides of the road.

A roundabout will also be constructed at the intersection of King Avenue West and Olympic Drive. Subsurface improvements will include the extension of water and sewer mains within King Avenue West from S. 32nd Street West to Shiloh Road. A storm drain main will also be installed from Shiloh Road to S. 32nd Street West.
