Date & Time of Incident: 03-21-2012 2156hrs
Type of Incident: Burglary
Location: 429 Hallowell Lane

On the above date at approx. 02156hrs, Billings Police Officers were dispatched to a Burglary call at 429 Hallowell Lane . The complainant, later id as a 57yoa male, stated that two male suspects had broken into his home. One of the male suspects was armed with a silver automatic handgun. The complainant advised that he didn’t know where the suspects had went. The suspect with the handgun was described as being a white male approx. 18yoa, 5’8, Average Build, wearing a brown wig and a gray colored hooded sweatshirt.

Upon Officers arriving in the area they checked the residence at 429 Hallowell and the surrounding area for the suspects. Officers located the complainant and a 41yoa female at the residence. The female was checked by medical staff and was not transported to the Hospital.

The residence at 429 Hallowell was secured by Officers pending a Search Warrant and at this time the Suspects have not been located and this case remains under Investigation.
